Lost or Stolen Cards
During business hours, contact us immediately at (785) 323-1111.
After hours, use the following numbers:
- Report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card: Call (800) 554-8969 and follow the prompts.
- Report a lost or stolen Credit Card: Call (888) 999-3304 and follow the prompts.
You can also temporarily lock your ATM/Debit card in the CFNB mobile banking app. In the app, navigate to "My cards" and toggle "Card is ON" to "Card is OFF".
Change Your ATM/Debit Card PIN
To update your ATM/Debit card PIN, call (800) 567-3451 and follow the prompts.
