How We're Preparing for Coronavirus


Welcome back!

We have reopened our lobby and are adapting to meet the changing situation in which we're living. That means that we encourage you to follow CDC guidance on hygiene, social distancing, and mask usage to help protect everyone's health. For security purposes, we may request you lower your mask briefly for identification. While popcorn and cookies won't be back for a while longer, we'll have plenty of hand sanitizer available for use during your visit.

If you feel ill or have been around someone who has been ill, please protect the community by staying home.

Not ready to come inside? We can help you at the drive-thru lanes and by phone.

You can also bank from home. Use online banking or our mobile app to care of your banking needs—including checking balances, paying bills, depositing checks, and sending money to family and friends. Find out how.

I know you've been getting inundated with COVID-19 updates from businesses, and so, I'll keep this brief. I wanted to update you on some additional steps we've taken to help you during this pandemic event.

Effective today, March 20, use any ATM anywhere without worrying about fees. To help you out during this pandemic event, Community First will refund up to $20 per month in ATM usage fees from other banks and will not charge our own fees for using an out-of-network ATM. You can continue to use the ATMs at our branches or any Ultra ATM free from fees also.

Our loan officers have been proactively working with customers to see what we can do to help them through this challenging time. If you have questions or concerns about your loans, please give your officer a call.

Although we have switched our lobbies to be open only by appointment, we are still OPEN and ready to help you. We have activated our pandemic response plan and have made provisions for our staff to work remotely to ensure that you'll have uninterrupted access to your money. If you need help with your banking needs, give us a call, and we'll get it taken care of.

  • Access cash and check balances via ATM. Get no fee access at our branch ATMs or any network Ultra ATM. Find an ATM.
  • Add your CFNB debit card to your phone's digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay). At many local retailers, you can use your smartphone to pay. Learn how to add your card to your digital wallet.
  • In addition, you can conduct cash transactions and make check deposits at our branch drive-up windows or, of course, in our lobby.
