Agreement to Receive Electronic Communications

To deliver loan documents to you electronically, we are required to receive your affirmative consent and to document your ability to open those files.

To Complete the Consent Process:

  1. Review the Agreement to Receive Electronic Communications (PDF).
  2. Use the link in the disclosure document to open the consent form.
  3. Complete the consent form and Submit Registration.
  4. Your loan officer will receive your confirmation.
  5. When your documents are ready, you will receive an invitation to the CFNB Message Center (cfnb.secureemailportal.com). You have the option to register on the portal or use your existing Google or Microsoft Account to sign onto the Message Center.
