Paperless E-Statements

Save time. Save money. Save trees.

Ready for an easier way to view your account statements? When you sign up for E-Statements, not only do you have the ability to view a copy of your statement directly from E-Banking and the CFNB Mobile banking app, you also cut down on paper waste.

E-Statements can be a safer and more convenient way to view your account statements. After you sign up for the service, you'll receive an email message when you have a new statement or other document available to view or download.

Switch to E-Statements

Enroll now for E-Statements!  Federal law requires that we confirm you can receive and view digital documents prior to switching your account to paperless delivery.

Enroll for E-Statements in the E-Banking portal

For most personal accounts, you can quickly enroll using the E-Banking portal. (E-Statement enrollment is not currently accessible in the CFNB Mobile banking app.) Trust accounts and some other account holders are not eligible to use this self-service option. 

  1. Once you have signed into your E-Banking account, click or tap on the Profile link in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. On the Profile page, choose the Edit link for Electronic Statements.
  3. Change the Delivery method for your accounts to “eStatements”.
  4. View the “electronic statement terms and conditions” and note the four-digit code on the last page, check the box to confirm you accept the terms and enter the Confirmation code.
  5. Click Save to finish.

Contact a Personal Banker for E-Statement Enrollment

If your Profile page does not show an Electronic Statements option, contact us for assistance or complete the steps below.

DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE E-STATEMENTS

  1. Click or tap the DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE E-STATEMENTS button above to open the E-Statement Agreement.
  2. Review the Agreement and click or tap on the Click here to complete enrollment link at the bottom of the PDF file to continue.
  3. Complete the enrollment form and select the Submit Registration button.

Once your enrollment is complete, a personal banker will notify you that you are ready to go!

How to View E-Statements and Notices

Once enrollment is complete, you will have access to E-Statements in E-Banking and the CFNB Mobile banking app. Follow the steps below to view your statements and account notices.

After signing into E-Banking:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate account’s Account Information page.
  2. Select the Documents button.
  3. For account statements, click the Submit button.
  4. For other account documents like NSF notices or tax forms, choose the desired document from the Document Type list and then click Submit.

After signing into the CFNB Mobile banking app:

  1. Select the … More tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Statements & Documents from the More menu.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap on the statement date you wish to view—two years of documents are listed chronologically from newest to oldest.
